Can I come to sell Italian food at the Oktoberfest?
Hello I am Elia Piva from Italy and I own a Bakery and Icecream Shop in Italy since 1985.
We start in 2004 doing Events Enogastronomic around Italy and is very successful business I was looking to ask information.
How can I get a stand for the Oktoberfest?
Is it possible to rent a stand where I can sell typical Italian food of my region plus we have our partner coming with Italian Brew Beer Artigianal so can be a perfect combination.

Congratulations to your bakery and Italian food business.
Actually I don't think it's possible to sell Italian beer at the Oktoberfest, because people come here to drink authentic Bavarian beer.
If you want to rent a stand for Italian food, you need to contact the city of Munich, who "owns" the place and is entitled to give concessions for any merchant at the Oktoberfest.
Even though it might be almost impossible, because most of the merchants have been there for decades, you can still give it a try.
