Can an Indian woman get tourist visa in German embassy to travel alone?

Of course you can apply for a tourist visa to Germany.

There is no difference if you travel alone or together with friends or family, the same rules apply.
In Germany a woman can travel alone safely and without any worries.
In most places you can even walk around alone at night and nobody will bother you. There might be some places, that are not so safe at night. I.e. you should avoid hanging around near the main train stations (not in Munich, though).
But generally speaking a woman tourist traveling alone can do anything in Germany without being afraid of getting into trouble.
