Where do I get the visiting visa ?

My name is David Thomas, I'm an Indian working in Brazil for 6 years.
I have to visit Germany, my friend. How and where can I get the visiting visa? And how much do I have to pay for one week visiting visa?

Hi David,
Usually you get the visa in the country where you are from, this would be India in your case. But if your permanent residence is in another country (like Brazil), then you can get your tourist visa for Germany there.
